When the full moon rises over the Heiligenberg, the garden opens in a particular way. Light filters through the trees and the silence thickens. It is the time when what is interior becomes visible — what we overlook in daily life.

This temazcal ceremony is dedicated to recognition: recognising one’s own nature, one’s limits, one’s strength. In the heat of the steam lodge, beneath the full light of the moon, a space of deep stillness and unity forms. Participants experience the body no longer as a boundary, but as a connection.

The full moon ceremonies at Ruca Kreis are among the most intense of the year. The moonlight and the fire of the stones speak a common language.
