In May the garden explodes with colour and fragrance. The trees carry their first blossoms, the birds return, and the earth smells of promise. It is the month of abundance — of nature, of the senses, of life itself.
This ceremony celebrates blossoming: the blossoming of the earth and the blossoming of the interior. In the temazcal, the body is purified to become receptive — to joy, to abundance, to the wisdom of Mother Earth who speaks loudest in this season. The ritual begins from gratitude: gratitude for what grows, for what gives, for the life that continues.
The flower moon brings a particular warmth into the circle at Ruca Kreis. The heat of the temazcal and the heat of spring merge into a single experience.
